Fall into Fall with the Alexander Crew

So, after 10 years of marriage and 3 kids later, I decided I would start a blog. We will see how long I keep this up. :) We will begin with fall, especially since that's the season we are in at the moment. Fall means change. Summer heat fades and leaves change their color. Trees begin to shed their warmth of green, and the lawns become covered in a mosaic of brown, yellow, red, and orange. Pumpkins take their place on porches, and mums reign as flower of choice. It's a beautiful scene really; watching our lives go from carefree summer living, to school busses and backpacks in an instant. Life is constantly changing. Just as each leaf makes its way to the ground below, so our lives make way for the winter ahead. Yet, in the midst of it all, is a Creator, who sits high on His throne, watching as His creation transitions once again into the next breath of life. We are blessed to know such a change. We are blessed to get up every day in anticipation of what will happen next. Most of all, we are blessed because our Creator gives us a front row seat, a VIP pass if you will, to take in each and every moment until the last credit has rolled and the last leaf has fallen. Breathe it...enjoy it...capture it...it's all yours for the taking.
